You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging your request, and no further messages will be sent (unless you opt in again).

We will not sell, trade, or rent your mobile number or personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our SMS program (for example, carriers, our SMS platform provider) under strict confidentiality and only for operational purposes.
As part of our SMS program registration (e.g., if under A2P 10DLC) we acknowledge that the mobile number data will not be used for third-party marketing without consent.

7. Data storage, security, and retention
We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
We will retain your mobile number and related SMS program data as long as you are subscribed to the service. Once you opt out, we will mark your number as unsubscribed and retain minimal records (such as the opt-out date) for audit/compliance purposes.
If you ask us to delete all your personal data, we will comply subject to any legal or regulatory obligations we have to retain certain records.

8. Your rights
You have the right to:

• Review the personal information we have about you (phone number, opt-in date, message history)
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Opt out of our SMS messaging (by replying STOP) at any time
